How to ask if a restaurant has free wifi?

I know free wifi areas are difficult to find in Japan. I've been searching online and before I purchase an item from the restaurant, I do want to make sure.
What is a common phrase to say, "If wifi is available here?" I'm planning to go to Seattle's Best Coffee shop and would like to know if a password is needed to connect.
Thanks.

You can check Seattle's Best's website to see if wifi is offered at the locations you are thinking of visiting. It doesn't say specifically, but I suspect they are pay services. Btw, their list seems rather short I'm not sure that includes all of their locations.

Thanks for the link. I see the little computer icon with three strokes of soundwaves coming out lol. Not sure if that means wifi, and if it's free =_=

I should have mentioned that that symbol means that wifi is available. Most likely it is paid wifi.
