Butaniku that looks like worms 2012/4/28 22:16
Hello,

In supermarkets they sell some kind of pork that looks like red strings (or worms, to put it frankly).
Could anyone please give me some ideas on what kind of dishes this pork is used for?

Thank you in advance!

They are ground pork, simply kept in the form they came out of the mincer.

Meatballs and dumplings would be your typical recipe.

have you never seen ground meat before!?

it's ground pork or possibly more likely, ground pork mixed with ground beef
