Translation of a sentence

I would like to say in Japanese this sentence

"My mother has to/ should leave her current appart before July"

I'm not sure if my Japanese translation is acurate :

okachan wa arifueta appa-to kara shichigatsu no mae ni denakereba naranai desu

- Haha wa ima no apa-to wo shichi-gatsu made ni wa denakereba naranai desu.

"haha" is the proper word to refer to "my mother."
The word "arifureta" means "commonplace." When you say "current," you mean the apartment she now lives in, correct?

When you say "before July," do you specifically mean "by the end of June"? Then it might be better to put it that way. Mine simply says "by July."

If you want "by the end of June," it would be:
- Haha wa ima no apa-to wo roku-gatsu sue made ni wa denakereba naranai desu.
