I was wondering what all of the different styles were that different samurai actually used. And possibly what was kawikami gensai's actual style of martial art trully called????????

I could be wrong, but I believe that each family had its own style. There would have been far too many to count, and likely few-none out there that are exactly the same as what was used in the past
