Kawagoe lunch recommendation

Hi,
My wife & I are planning to visit Kawagoe and would like some recommendation for restaurants for lunch.
Our budget is around 1000-3000 yen and heard that sweet potato is famous there. We thought it might be nice to try a sweet potato theme lunch, if it's available.
Do we also need to book in advance?
Thank you.

Trock? or torokko is offering a lunch menu featuring sweet potatos for 1,890 yen. You are requested to make a reservation by e-mail three days in advance if you order the kaiseki lunch. http://www.touho-yamawa.co.jp/truck.htmlYet you will find many for sweet potatos even if you miss the order above. Usually, it is more for desert and snacks.
