Kawagoe lunch recommendation

Hi,

My wife & I are planning to visit Kawagoe and would like some recommendation for restaurants for lunch.

Our budget is around 1000-3000 yen and heard that sweet potato is famous there. We thought it might be nice to try a sweet potato theme lunch, if it's available.

Do we also need to book in advance?

Trock? or torokko is offering a lunch menu featuring sweet potatos for 1,890 yen. You are requested to make a reservation by e-mail three days in advance if you order the kaiseki lunch.

Yet you will find many for sweet potatos even if you miss the order above. Usually, it is more for desert and snacks.
