I need to know if the manga was officially recognized as intangible heritage of Japan. If yes, when it occurred? Where can I find these references?Thank you!

...often said to be the oldest work of "manga," was recommended to be recognized as Memory of the World" by UNESCO, but no final decision has been made, I believe.
