I am an antiques dealer that loves Japanese
antiques, and would like to help you.
The photo you posted is too small to properly evaluate this peice. Can you enlarge it. Also a shot of the underside of the bottom for any makers marks would be helpful.

Thank you for the better pictures.

Here's what I can tell.

This seems to be a modern vase. 20th century. Probably Japanese. Cherry Blossom motief.

The silver plate on the top ring and bottom
are clear indicators of modern manifacture.

It is puzzleing that then there are no makers marks on the bottom. Newer peices tend to have markings, unless it was a stick-on label that was removed. Also the bottom is clean and white, not yellowed and stained as older peices are.

Vases can be very tricky but I am reasonably confident in what I see.

Given this, it is a pretty vase, not high value, but nice none the less.
Can you tell me more as to where you got it, any history ect, sometimes helps.

Nice, what was the occasion, was it a gift,
presant, reward ? Makes a difference perhaps on value

A gift from a Japanese businessman or head of the company may well indicate a very nice and thoughtful gift. Depending on the circumstances. that then would indicate modestly serious value. You got a very nice presant.

It looks like "seiji" Celadon ceramics, and must be a work of a modern artist/shop. Didn't it come in a wooden box with certain markings or letters?
