Take the Chuo/Sobu line two stops east from Akihabara to Ryogoku station. There's a Sumo Stadium next door to the station and around back a bunch of noodle shops where the wrestlers like to stuff their faces. You'll probably see them walking around and doing their daily activities in the district, as well.
