Hey, just enquiring about buying a Shogi set while I am in Japan. I'm looking for a fairly good quality one as well. I may even think of buying a Go set as well. Any particular shops that would be best for buying these?

I do not know if this shop is the best or not, but close to the Shinjuku Gyoen subway station. The location should be good for your shopping.
