Nightlife - Tokyo / Fukuoka / Osaka

Going to Japan around new years. 4 weeks (group 3 males)

Looking to go out to Alternative Bars/Clubs (possibly new or underground). least gaijins as possible haha im sure everybody says that(preferably not in Roppongi). Any good rooftop bars etc.?

other experiences in Tokyo/osaka/fukuoka that are different/weird that are worthwhile.

I'm not sure if you are looking for bars just like these... I would say try Shinjuku.l The list (scroll down a bit) is those in Shinjuku. Also recommended is Golden Gai area for bars.

If you really want to go to underground bars and without any other gaijin customers, I assume all of you speak Japanese?
