I don't quite understand the question. Do you mean to ask if korokke are quick enough to make as a cooking lesson during a regular class session? Or are they quick enough to make for school lunches? Either way, korokke are relatively quick to make. A lot of the preparation can be done ahead of time, while the actual cooking only takes seconds.
