Does anyone know how to get in touch with a sumo stable in Nagoya to see the sumo wrestlers up close in this July's tournament?

I think the policies depend on each stable. I found one stable (Chiganoura Stable) that has its morning practices outdoors in Nagoya and allows people to just go and see it without reservations (however, they appreciate if at least one person in the group speaks Japanese):
