Where to buy head lamp in Tokyo?
Can we buy at Kawaguchiko 5th Station? How much they cost?

You find them everywhere! In outdoor shops, larger supermarkets or sometimes even in 100 Yen shops.
I am almost certain, that you can buy them in Kawaguchiko but would not rely on it.
