Around 1 minute into the video I picked up the name zqMP (Nobuyoshi Ochi), so I found his blog (updated at a very slow pace):

Apparently he is not a shop owner, but calls himself "professional (plastic) modeller."

Thanks for sorting this out for me. So no information about the shop he's in? I translated his blog, and he states he bought one model in Akihabra (ofcourse that's no guarantee that it's the same shop). I would really like to visit that shop that's in the video. We don't have stores so fully packed like that where i live.

There is a Laox shop in Akiba which may be the one in the video. It's off the Chuo Dori. Take the first main street between the Sobu tracks and the river and head east, or towards the Yamanote line tracks. It's about half a block down on the left side. I've been there a few times and they have many models there on the upper floors....
