Horse sashimi in Osaka?

Hey guys, can anyone tell me where I can find a restaurant in Osaka that serves horse sashimi?

Interested in trying it, and I'll be in Osaka in a couple of days.

Kuraudo in Umeda serves raw horsemeat. (Or at least they do sometimes; I don't know if it's seasonal....)
