we happened to see a big white envelope on a mountain on the way to mount fuji.. .its called love letter from the nature somehting like that..its white colored with a red colored heart seal..can you give some infromation about it..thank you

Ila,
The huge envelope on the hillside visible from Chuo Line trains is an art installation called "Green Love Letter", in the city of Fujino created by a local artist. It's been there for at least 20 years, and gets mentioned on TV shows every so often.
