I'm in the process of planning a trip to Japan for October/November, and was just wondering how easy/hard it'll be to get clothes?
I'm 5'7 and (typically) 119lbs. And my shoe size is 7US.

It sounds like you'll only have a little bit of a problem finding clothes long enough to fit you. Your shoe size is really surprising - you won't have a problem, though. Typically, people only run into problems with shoe sizes higher than 8.
If all else fails, just swing by Forever 21 in Japan. Their size chart is the same
