This may be not a popular question to ask, is there any good place for breakfast in Shinjuku? I dont want to eat hotel morning buffet everyday.

What kind of breakfast are you thinking of? Full English, American, traditional Japanese (which I would recommend), continental, ...?

The question was asked before, but I didn't see any good answers regarding Western-style, non-hotel breakfasts in Shinjuku. Most cafes don't open until 11am, and offhand I can't think of any family restaurants in Shinjuku, although there may be one or two on the outskirts somewhere. If you're at the Park Hyatt end of Shinjuku, the brew branch of Le Pain Quotidien is an option: http://www.bento.com/rev/3921.html

I would have said that most cafes in Shinjuku are open by 7 or 8 at the latest unless they're on the upper floors of department store buildings! Doutor, Starbucks, Segafredo, any of the small cafes in the underground areas of Shinjuku station are open early to cater to the commuter breakfast crowd.

Doutor etc. are coffeeshops, not cafes, and hot dogs and sandwiches aren't the same as a "Western breakfast." You can find eggs and bacon, etc. at a lot of newer breakfast cafes around town (Bubby's, Bills, and so on), just not in Shinjuku.
