I am craving for Liver & Onion

Hi! I am really craving for the Liver & Onion dish in Tokyo. Preferably in central tokyo area, i.e. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Ginza etc.

and when i say liver and onion it's like this,

Nicely panned fried liver and onion, topped with bacon and gravy sauce with side mashed potato and veggies.

And also, I am craving for decent american/canadian chicken wings like they have it in Montana's, and Kelseys!

Not sure where you can go to get something like that, but you could try going to a place like Roppongi. That area has many restaurants that foreigners would be familiar with.
