What do mean? Why only middle eastern youths? Is it about not being mixed with both sex? Your question is strange, are you ready to go to any conference? Could you be more explicit?

Well, I participated in a conference a while ago but that was the only conference that had a country from the middle east!!
The other conferences include countries from far east only!!
P.S. We don't have problems with mixed discussions!!!
