Fresh seafood in Sapporo in winter

I'm planning to visit Sapporo and Otaru at the beginning of February for the Yuki Matsuri and I wonder what kind of fresh seafood is available at that time of the year. Any recommendations?

I think seafood are fresh in winter rather than other seasons...
oyster, crab, frogfish, herring, gadid?
Seafood-Nabe is very good for winter.

Here is a list of fish in February in Hokkaido.
