Bringing my dog to Narita airport?

Good morning!
I have been volunteering in shelters since the earthquake... I am going back home with one of the dog I adopted. I just wonder if anyone can help me by giving me a solution to go till Narita airport? (I live in Yoyogi station). He is too big to go in the train (13 kg, and 21 with the cage) and I don't drive and no one of my friend has a car... Taxi is way to expensive for me, and I am a bit lost... If I find someone nice to help me, I can definitly pay for the gas and the toll... but please, can anybody help me???

Have you applied for cargo space on same flight and inspection at Narita, had shots certificate and permission to quarantine in quarters etc at home country?
