Vegetarian food in Tokyo (Tokyo Tower) area 2012/9/13 10:20
I will be in Japan for about two weeks, mainly in Sapporo and Tokyo. I am a vegetarian and prefer Indian food. I understand that it can be challenging to find vegetarian food (no mixed with meat or fish) in Japan. I can do Italian or Mexican food available in US.

Any suggestions of restaurants which serve vegetarian food (Indian, Italian, Mexican) in the Minato ku area of Tokyo? Any helpful tips/suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Nataraj in Aoyama (Minato-ku) is a very good Indian restaurant serving vegetarian dishes.

Here's a list of some vegetarian restaurants in Tokyo: http://www.bento.com/r-veg.html

There are some more Indian restaurants that aren't listed here though: http://www.bento.com/r-indian.html

I eat at "Eat More Greens" in Azabu Juban. It is close to the Tokyo Tower/Azabu area.

Devi Corner in Shinagawa. Great Indian food.
There are load of Indian restaurants in Tokyo - loads. Indians also understand vegetarianism so you won't find random bacon bits on top as a garnish.
