Tattoo design - what does it say?

Hello everyone,
I'm from Germany and I'll be in Japan early next year for 3 weeks, where I'm planning to get a tattoo. It's a special kind of souvenir and it would be my first tattoo as well.
I like this design very much: http://shiryudoh.jp/ron_new/0820.jpg
Could you please tell me what the writing says? I know very little Japanese, sadly.
And if you have any good tips for a tattoo studio in Tokyo, please let me know.
Thanks very much!

永遠在我心 Umm... looks like Chinese.
In Japanese, this may be read "eien ni waga kokoro ni ari". (Chinese writing forms rewritten in Japanese order) 永遠 (eien) - forever 我心 (waga kokoro) - my heart 在 (ari) - exist

This is Chinese characters, not Japanese :) It means "in my heart forever."

Definitely Chinese. I like the design of the tattoo but the kanji seem a little bit unbalanced to me- I would get a native speaker of Chinese or Japanese to look at it and tweak it a bit before getting it tattooed if I were you.
