Hey guys. I want to ask you which shampoo is the best too get long, soft and not damaged hair. Are there some methods to make the hair grow faster. I colored my hair 2 months ago and I really don't like it. I want the hair to grow out. I hope you guys can help me :)

Just dye your hair back to your natural color. There is nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster.
Maybe eating healthy and not blow-drying or straightening/curling will help to prevent further damage, but it will still grow at the same speed as ever.
