What happens when they draw in sumo?

Tomorrow looks like it going to be a good sumo tournament which I will be attending thanks to buysumo ticket.com as the winner will be decided tomorrow. I was wondering what will happen tomorrow if Hakuho beats Harumafuji will there be a extra match to decide the winner?

Yes, there will be a "playoff" bout.
Note that on the last day of the tournament, the regular bouts of the highest division will be held 30 minutes earlier than on the other 14 days, i.e. they start around 15:30 and end around 17:30. In case a playoff is necessary, it will be held afterwards. This will be followed by the various victor ceremonies.
