Hello,
Could someone please translate these phrases into Japanese for me please so I can use them during my trip and home stay visit?
1. I only speak a little Japanese 2. I want to learn more Japanese 3. I would like to try and speak some Japanese while I am here. 4. Could you please repeat that more slowly? (or words to this effect).
Thank-you in advance :)

Hi, Sorry, I can't tell something useful for your home stay, because I have no experience. The following is simple Japanese. I think maybe it's easy to be understood. But grammatical explanation is not strictly correct.
1. I only speak a little Japanese 私は watashi wa : I 少しだけ sukoshi dake : only a little 日本語を nihongo wo : Japanese 話す hanasu : speak ことができる koto ga dekiru : can
watashi wa sukoshi dake nihongo wo hanasu watashi wa sukoshi dake nihongo wo hanasu koto ga dekiru
2. I want to learn more Japanese 私は watashi wa : I もっと motto : more 日本語を nihongo wo : Japanese 勉強 benkyo : to lean したい shitai : want
watashi wa motto nihongo wo benkyo shitai
3. I would like to try and speak some Japanese while I am here. 私が watashi ga : I ここに koko ni : here いる iru : be 間に aida ni : while 私は watashi wa : I 色々と iroiro to : some 日本語を nihongo wo : Japanese 話して hanashite : to speak みたい mitai : try/want
watashiga koko ni iru aida ni, watashi wa iroiro to nihongo wo hanashite mitai
4. Could you please repeat that more slowly? もっと motto : more ゆっくり yukkuri : slowly 繰り返して kurikaeshite : to repeat ください kudasai : please
motto yukkuri kurikaeshite kudasai motto yukkuri hanashite kudasai
