"...もらつとくか" Is this an expression?
I think that つ is maybe っ ?

Yes, "もらっとくか" is correct.
It's omitted colloquialism for "もらって おく か".
It means..., although it's beyond my capacity,
"I'll take it (to make sure, by way of precaution/caution and so on)"?
Or "It's not so bad to take it."?
