Translating sentence to Japanese

Can someone please translate this into Japanese for me? Need to convey this message to someone seriously, but my japanese is just not good enough. (may turn out funny if I do it on my own)

"I can't stop thinking about you. I am so worried now, I can't do anything properly.
000-san, please... I am trying my best. "

Well, since you say "I am so worried now," and "I am trying my best." That sounds like you are trying your best (at taking care of that person)... and I am wondering what context it is. Are you asking someone to go with you, or something? I couldn't quite figure out the "I am trying my best" part. Also a translation that is better suited to your situation might become available if you mention your gender and the gender of the person you are sending this too, as well as if you want "casual" tone or somewhat "formal/polite" tone.

I think "I am trying my best" may be not fit into this Japanese sentence.
How about this...?

今は不安で、他のことが何もできません。
000さん、お願いです。

うまくいくように頑張りますから。
(I'll do my best as things go well.)
あなたと一緒にいたいんです。
(I want to spend time with you.)

"000さん、お願い。

私は頑張っていますから。"

"000-san, please. Because I am trying my best."

Yes, of course that's correct, and you can say so.

BTW, in general, Japanese don't say so easily, because to make display of one's work is not making a so favorable impression in Japan. Just a reminder.

But relationship present an infinite variety, case by case, so I'm unsure.

"I am trying my best" is not bad, but "私は頑張っています" is not good, clearly.
I see, "私は do my best" hint at "And you? / But you not" in Japanese.

Somehow the word "ganbaru" doesn't sit right for me - let me rephrase it completely. 私は二人のためにあらゆる手を尽くします。(I will do whatever I can for the two (of us).)

- Ganbatte ikimasu is more like "I will exert myself"
- Ganbatte imasu is "I AM exerting myself (now)."
