Where could one go for a class that teaches you how to make plastic food models? Only in Kappabashi? Any place in particular? Thanks!

They are sold in Kappabashi but not made there as far as I know.

Gujo in Gifu prefecture is where many of them are made and you can go to a workshop there if you wish:-
