Where I can buy cheap used bicycle in Tokyo?

Good day.
I would like to buy a bike while staying in Tokyo. Since I have small budget, I prefer a used one. Is there any shop that sells used bicycles? Or ir there any market in/around Tokyo where people sells used housewares? I think it would be worth checking such places. Thank you all.

Bicycles in Japan are crazy expensive. Hopefully this $20 cardboard bike goes on sale soon:

I guess it depends on where you are originally from, but I find bicycles in Japan to be amazingly cheap. Even new ones sell for under 10,000 yen. And used ones for even less. I am not living in Tokyo, but in my town there are two used bicycle shops just around the corner. And the home center stores have them in big numbers.

If you can go there on one of the few days it is open, you can get a steal at "Suginami Green Cycle" in Eifuku. They acquire bikes that are left abandoned in city lots and fix them up or use their parts to fix up other bikes. My friend picked up a professional grade road bike there for just 15,000 yen.
