Tickets for Johnny’s Countdown (31/12)

Hello, guys! I'll be in Tokyo during New Year holidays and like to go to Johnny's Countdown at Tokyo Dome. I know about resale stores but I'd like to try to get tickets from general sale. How can I do it? Is tickets limited to Johnny's Fan Club members only or I can get it from pia for example? I can't find any information in English about this except the other question in this forum. Thanks for any suggestions!

Most of tickets of the concert are sold to a member.
And this is lottery sale.
For person except the member, a ticket was sold last year.
sales system of the ticket was a telephone.
Probably it will be sold by the same method this year.
There is not any announcement in their site at present.
it may be refused entrance when you obtain a ticket any place other than distribution channel above.
In addition, you may be thrown out on the way.
