Lookin for Cinnamoroll plushies/merchandise?

I'm travelling to Kyoto, Tokyo and Osaka. Where would be the best place to purchase Cinnamoroll merchandise, or more preferably, plushies? I'd like the best prices, but I'd like the quality to be good as well. Because some products' faces can be really screwed up and the ratio of the head to the body can also be really weird.

Maybe at Sanrio Puroland in western Tokyo.

It is the official Sanrio theme park.
It has many huge shops selling Sanrio merchandise including Cinnamonroll.

I sometimes visit gift gate in Shinjuku but there is small and I don't know where is the best place.

Also in Tokyo on Odaiba at Palette Town is another huge Hello Kitty store- Kawaii Paradise I think it's called- easy to get to from anywhere in Tokyo and heaps to see at Odaiba for a tourist.
