How can go to this temple from Kyoto station? I prefer to use train if possible.

It is a 20 minute bus ride from JR Nagaokakyo Station or a 10 minute bus ride from Hankyu Nagaoka Tenjin Station. Get off at "Asahigaoka Home mae" (旭が丘ホーム前). There are buses every 30 minutes:

may I ask if it worth to go for Koyo?

I'm stay in Kyoto 1-4 Dec, From current situation, will it still spectacular for Komyo-ji , Higashiyama and Arashiyama area?

I have never been. I don't know.

As for the state of the koyo, it seems from the report of the Kyoto Newspaper that it is still somewhat before the peak of the season:

Do you mean only for Komyo ji or most temple in Kyoto that still before peak?
