Gotochi Cards in Kyoto or Osaka?

hello,

does anybody know where i can buy gotoch cards in kyoto or osaka? i did not find these cards in tokyo...maybe i looked at the wrong places?

means Gotochi (form/fo-ru-mu) Cards[ご当地フォルムカード] of JP(Japan Post/) official goods?

it sales each PF local post office[郵便局/yubin-kyoku] only.
Tokyo cards sales in Tokyo(as address) only.
Gotochi means just "Local".

in Air port or near rail major stations a lot.
