How can i contact JR?

a search for this topic produced no relevant results and when another person asked this question it wasn't answered and now the "thread" is considered old.
we had an inexcusable experience on JR about a week ago and i want to write to the company to express my opinion.

There is no single "JR" company, as the JR Group actually consists of six separate passenger railway companies, so you will first need to identify which particular company you were travelling with. Where were you when you had this unpleasant experience? Once you know the company name, you can check the official website to look for contact details. Alternatively, you could consider contacting the government tourist agency JNTO.
