means "Iron Man" character?

if so no in Japanese name.

in Katakana "ウォー(war)マシーン(machine)".

in Kanji "戦争(sensou=war)機械(kikai=machine)"
or "戦争屋(-ya/maker)" better maybe.

That picture is to show you that even in Japan the character's English name is used. The person who gave you the link to the picture also gave you "War Machine" in katakana (phonetic Japanese)- there's your answer.
