Different meals at ryokan?

We received a price quote from a ryokan in Kinosaki, with different meal options. Examples: 44.Tajima beef and Seafood kaiseki corse [price 19,425 yen per person] 45.Tajima beef kaiseki corse [price 17,850 yen per person] 46.Seafood kaiseki corse [price 15,750 yen per person]
Does anyone know if it is possible for two of us in one room to order different meal options? For example, if we both had breakfast and dinner, but I wanted meal option 46, because I don't eat meat, could my husband order option 44? Their English is limited, so I was wondering whether anyone else has ever done this at a ryokan, or if you usually have to choose the same meal option.
Thank you for any help you could give us! Heather W

It is an unusual request, but I imagine that some ryokan will be able to accommodate the request, while others won't. In other words: I am afraid the ryokan itself is the only place that can give you a definite answer.
