Seller in ticket.co.jp not send me ticket 2012/11/24 11:29
I purchased the ticket from ticket.co.jp on tuesday, and now 4 days already past but from the status on its site, the seller hasn't send me the ticket yet eventhough deadline is only 2 days from the payment date. Ticket.co.jp sent me this e-mail for 2 days consecutively (after the deadline)

チケット流通センターをご利用いただきありがとうございます。
お取引中の下記チケットにつきまして、弊社から売り手への
発送依頼は完了しておりますが、売り手からの発送完了連絡がありません。
現在、弊社から売り手へ発送の確認中です。
お待たせして大変申し訳ございませんが、もうしばらくお待ち下さい。

Now what should I do? Should I wait or cancel the ticket? and how do I cancel the ticket?

They're asking you to wait a little longer as the distributor hasn't sent ticket to them yet.
