Ummm.....
I was wondering a bit, if you are Lebanese, and you are visiting Japan, why you want to eat Lebanese food, and not Japanese food (as u know its 1 of the 10 most delicious cuisine in the world and its well-known worldwide) ;)

Carthago in Nakano does a decent job, and they have a Lebanese prix-fixe menu. http://www.bento.com/rev/0717.htmlAl Mina originally billed themselves as a Palestinian restaurant, and they're quite good. I don't care much for Sindbad though.

I'm not sure whether Carthago offers authentic food, but it's good and better than any other Mediterranean restaurants that I've been in United States.
