"I wish I could have someone that will truly love me, someone that despite of all the odds, he will keep on holding and never give me up"

Roughly, for the present...

私を心から愛してくれる人がいたらいいのに。
watashi wo kokoro-kara aishite-kureru hito ga itara ii-noni.
どんな困難でも、私を常に愛し続けてくれる人が。
don'na kon'nan demo, watashi wo tuneni aishi-tuzukete-kureru hito ga.

I wish I could have someone that will truly love me.
If he get into difficulties, but always keep loving me.
