a) A511.jp is very tasty menu. Much creativity in how the chef presents tiny strips of kobe. It is well worth the money (15-20,000 Yen) b) however, the ultimate in Kobe beef experience, will always be the 400 gram 2 month aged waygu that is char broiled in the oven at dons de la nature http://dons-nature.jp/ the magic that comes out of that oven has to be experienced.. defies all description. c) although i didn't get there on my last vist http://whereisfatboy.blogspot.ca/2012/06/tokyo-steakhouse-satou-famous... i read nothing but good things about Satou being a place to sample some of the other regional wagyu's.

You haven't had ramen until you've been to Menya Musashi.
