i wanna find some outlet stores in tokyo which are selling clothing of well-known brands , eg milk fed , paul frank , beams boy , etc .

Because of very very high cost of land, outlet malls are located in suburban area, like MINAMI-OSAWA, SAGAMI-OONO, HAKKEIJIMA, and other. If you really want to visit those outlet mall rather than "Place exists only in Japan", just post further questions.
