Hardware stores near Kitakyushu open late

Hello, I have an odd question.

I plan to arrive at Kitakyushu very late on a Sunday evening and I will be travelling immediately to Miyazaki area. I need to find a hardware store that would be open close to midnight to buy a ladder.
Can anyone offer some advice if any stores would be open so late, and a location if possible?

is open 24 hrs. I do not know whether they sell ladders, but maybe they sell them.
