Anzen Chitai concert tickets

I will be visiting Tokyo in March 2013 and I really want to go for Anzen Chitai 30th Anniversary Concert in Chofu, Tokyo on the 26th March 2013, but the problem is I don't know how to buy the tickets. Does anyone know whether I can buy it online? Please help.

You could try the Loppi machine once you are in Japan. If there are tickets still left unsold, you can buy them there.

On the website of "Pia," and "eplus," Japanese ticketing agencies, I can see that their tickets go on "general sale" from tomorrow for Mar. 26 concert. Seeing how the sales system goes, I can imagine that they would have had "pre-order" earlier, followed by this general sale, so the number of tickets available for general sale would already be somewhat limited. For these agencies, you need to be able to read Japanese and sign up. Also, shipping tickets to where you are might be an issue.

Someone mentioned "personalshopperj" for buying concert tickets for Japan, maybe you could ask them (I don't have any experience with them).
