Good BBQ restaurant around Shinjuku

Does anyone know of a good Japanese or Korean BBQ restaurant around Shinjuku that would be good to take my girlfriend for her birthday?
(We both speak Japanese so it doesn't need to be English language friendly).

Check out the Shin-Okubo area just north of Shinjuku. Its the Korean district, and there are lots of restaurants to choose from.

It's not fancy, but I like Ozakkyo in Okubo:
