例え誰かを傷つけ(た)としても、君のことを....

If I hurt someone but I ---(Verb) you.

"Even if it were to hurt someone, I'd still like you."

The "it" could be "you" ("Even if you were to hurt someone..."), and the "like" is assumed, but I'm pretty sure that's how you're supposed to finish the sentence in your head.

Thank you, arin and Harimogura!

So, taking those into consideration, does it sound about right if the english translation for this sentence:

たとえ、誰かを傷つけてとしても、君のことを....君と一緒にいる幸せを守りたいって。

Even if I had to hurt someone, I want to protect my happiness with you.

...or was I completely off mark there?

Thanks!

You have made a typo: 傷つけて should be 傷つけた .
The phrase "protect my happiness with you" sounds to me ambiguous.

"I think even if / if ever I hurt someone, I hope to protect you... and my happiness of being with you."
