I really hope this is the right place to post this. Ugh. I was going to go to Askreddit, but theeeeeeen I realized that r/Japan may be more helpful.
As much as I may seem like a weeaboo or an otaku, I'm not. Or, not as much as I used to be. Uh.. anyways, I'd just like help with some things.
If you know of any of these that work well, or worked for you, please do tell.
language supplements,
customs of Japan or Korea,
daily life, general things that residents do, etc.
I want to know what life is like in Japan, from the people who've been there. What cities do you recommend to live in? Where is the city/cities with the least bugs? What should I expect, and how should I behave so as to not look like a loud, obnoxious American tourist?
Oh- also, here's a bit about me. I don't want to stand out like an elephant in a chicken coop.
I'm 5 foot 1 inch, a ginger, I'm a girl, and I have 7.5 size of shoe. I have blue eyes, I'm whiter than sour cream, and that's about all. Will I stand out?

154cm girl?
No, you're a common gaijin in Tokyo.
It don't matter if you're black or white.

And I think you can watch youtubers who speak English in Japan?
