Hello, Does someone know how early can one bring luggage to a convenience store, so as to deliver it via the ta-q-bin service? Can this be done, for example, at 6 or 7 AM, or on the contrary, at 10 or 11 PM? Thank you

hi, I think they'll accept your luggage at anytime in convenience store(i.e.7 Eleven). So you don't have to worry about that. By the way, I like the expression, "Ta-Q-bin" I can't read at first. Is it common expression for foreigners? bye

Once again thank you, as for the ta-q-bin part, I don't know about other foreigners, yet as it was mentioned above, this is how Yamato call their takuhaibin service, so I wanted to to be specific.

hi, once again. I didn't know Kuroneko Yamato uses the word, "Ta-Q-bin" Thank you, I've learned an interesting word. I'll tell other Japanese. (The word Ta-Q-bin means nothing. It's the sound is important. So, I think most Japanese feel funny about the spell)

kazz1972 - in this case it's about how it sounds to a Westerner too. I would read Ta-Q-Bin as "Ta-kyu-bin" since "Q" is sounded as "kyu".

As long as the convenience store is open, they will accept it. They normally have a cut-off time for the dispatch for the day, which varies from one store to another, so if you take something there late at night, it will not get "going" until the next day.
