Hi! How do people express 'do you mean' in Japanese? A Japanese friend of mine asked if I would like to send mail with his friends, and now I'd like to ask if he's talking about his friends Tomoya and Shiichi who I met during my stay in Japan.
Thanks!

hi! Do you mean ...? in this context, we say "~no koto desuka","~のことですか" in Japanese. So, "Tomoya kun to Shinichi kun no koto desuka?", "ともや君としんいち君のことですか" is what you want to say. bye!
